This article provides an overview of the history and geographical location of the city of Jurjan, which was historically recognized as a major center of science, Islamic scholarship, and culture. It aggregates historical data concerning the lives and scholarly contributions of four of the most prominent intellectuals originating from this region. Furthermore, the paper highlights the contemporary significance of studying the biography and scientific heritage of the scholars of Jurjan.References
